Valley Stream Safety Patrol shows town is not neighborly

Threatened to give us a parking summons at their dog park for being non residents.  I mentioned my son (with me) is Malverne Fire Department and he asked "What difference does that make?"  It wasn't overcrowded -- there were tons of parking spots.  He just wanted to be a jerk.  He succeeded.
