Atlantic Ave. Temporarily Closed After Car Accident
No injuries reported after three-vehicle crash; road reopened.
A three-car accident closed Atlantic Avenue in Lynbrook for a little less than an hour on Sunday.
Lynbrook police said that at about 1:40 p.m., three vehicles were involved in an accident near Angelina's Restaurant. All traffic heading northbound on Atlantic Avenue was diverted onto Stauderman Avenue while police conducted their investigation.
No injuries were reported from the accident, and Atlantic Avenue was reopened once accident reports had been completed.
