Cops are searching for two men who reportedly held up a Lynbrook smoke shop Wednesday night.

According to Nassau County Police, a 54-year-old woman was working at Smokers Choice in Lynbrook when she was approached by two men who demanded cash. One of the men had a handgun, cops said. The woman complied and gave the men personal items, cash, and lottery tickets, police reported. The men then fled on foot in an unknown direction.

The incident happened at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday, detectives reported.

No one was hurt in the robbery, cops said.

The first suspect is described as a black male, 20-25 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall, thin build, wearing a mask and sunglasses. He reportedly held the gun during the hold up.

The second suspect is described as a black male, 20-25 years old, 5 feet 2 inches tall, stocky build, and wearing a brown sweatshirt.

Detectives are asking anyone with information about the robbery to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All calls will remain anonymous.

Lets say that one of those lotto tickets is a winner. Is it possible to track the numbers on it and send an office over to the store where they cash it in at? They most likely won't be wearing masks then so you can check the surveillance footage and see who it is if they are not there anymore by the time the officer arrives.
