Crime Report: Property Damaged, Shoplifting Arrests

A rundown of crimes and arrests reported by Nassau County Police.

The following information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate guilt.

North Lawrence

- On Jan. 7 between 2 p.m. and 2:50 p.m., a victim reports unknown subject(s) removed property from his vehicle while it was parked on Rockaway Turnpike. 

Franklin Square

- On Jan. 7 at 3 p.m., a victim reports unknown subject(s) removed property from her unlocked vehicle while it was parked on McKinley Avenue. 

- Sometime between 9 p.m. on Dc. 6 and 8 a.m. on Dec. 7, the victim reports that an unknown subject(s) damage her property on Renken Boulevard. 

Valley Stream

- On Jan. 6 at 5:25 p.m., two men from Jamaica, Queens were arrested and charged with shoplifting at BJ's wholesale. 

- On Jan. 6 at 8:20 p.m., a woman from Springfield Gardens was arrested and charged with shoplifting at Macy's.
