Crime Report: Shoplifting, DWI Arrests

The following information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate guilt.

Oceanside
- Sometime between 8 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. on Nov. 15, unknown person(s) removed property from a vehicle on Lincoln Avenue. 

Sometime between 7:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Nov. 19, unknown person(s) caused damage to a vehicle on Brower Avenue. 

Franklin Square

- Sometime between 12:05 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Nov. 17, unknown person(s) removed property from a vehicle on Wool Avenue.

- Sometime between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. on Nov. 17 - 18, unknown person(s) emptied the gas tank of a vehicle on Harrison Street. 

Valley Stream 

- Sometime between 5 p.m. and 6:27 a.m. on Nov. 19-20, unknown person(s) removed property from a vehicle on Forest Road. 

- Sometime between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. on Nov. 21-22, unknown person(s) removed property from an unlocked vehicle on Damson Lane. 

- On Nov. 16 at 4:30 p.m., an individual from New York was arrested for shoplifting at JC Penney in the Green Acres Mall. 

- On Nov. 16 at 8:40 p.m., an individual from Elmont was arrested for shoplifting at Kohls in the Green Acres Mall. 

- On Nov. 17 at 4:30 p.m., an individual from Jamaica, NY was arrested for shoplifting at Toys R Us. 

- On Nov. 17 at 4:55 a.m., Raghunauth Sharma, of Richmond Hill, was arrested and charged with DWI on Central Avenue and Seaton Gate. 

- On Nov. 19 between 11:33 a.m. and 6:15 p.m., a unknown person(s) removed UPS package from a yard on Union Street.

- On Nov. 21 at 11:30 p.m., Devindra Ramnarayan, of Old Westbury, was arrested and charged with DWI on Bayview Avenue and Woodcrest Street. 

- On Nov. 22 at 5:20 p.m., Trevaun Q. Donaldson, of Queens Village , was arrested and charged with DWI at the Green Acres Mall.

- On Nov. 23 at 2:20 p.m.,  individual from Corona, NY was arrested for shoplifting at Green Acres Road.
