Criminal Mischief
- At 10:13pm on May 18, the complainant reports that an unknown person(s) did damage the front storm door window on their residence, located on Broadway. The total amount of damages is $150.00.

- At 11:31am on May 21, the complainant reports that an unknown person(s), without their permission, did electronically transfer $1,000.00 from their Chase Savings Account to the Compass Bank located in Scottsdale, Ariz.
- At 3:26pm on May 24, the complainant, the owner of Lynbrook Gas Inc. located at 265 Sunrise Hwy, reports that an unknown person(s) did remove 10 N.Y.S. Inspection stickers from his automotive repair shop.
Identity Theft
- At 8:15pm on May 21, the complainant reports that an unknown person(s) did make three unauthorized withdrawals on their Bank of America Checking account. The amount of the charges is $1,380.00.
