Motorcyclist Injured After Crash on Hempstead Turnpike
Motorcycle and car collide on Hempstead Turnpike near Cherry Valley Avenue in West Hempstead.

A man was seriously injured late Saturday evening when his motorcycle and another vehicle collided in the westbound lanes of Hempstead Turnpike near Cherry Valley Avenue in West Hempstead.
West Hempstead firefighters along with Nassau County police and EMS were also at scene.
The status of the motorcyclist was not available.
