One person was injured early Sunday morning when an SUV left the roadway along a rain-slicked Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook.
The vehicle came to a halt after striking a utility pole just west on Rocklyn Avenue.
Lynbrook Fire Department and EMS personnel were on the scene along with Village police.
The condition of the injured person was unavailable.
