Police Seeking Info on West Hempstead Robbery

The robbery occurred back on Aug. 30 on Eagle Avenue.

Crime Stoppers and the Nassau County Police Department are seeking the public’s help in identifying the subjects wanted in connection with a robbery which occurred in West Hempstead back on Aug. 30.

According to police, at approximately 1:55 a.m., the victims were walking eastbound on Eagle Avenue near Taft Street when they were approached by two black male subjects. The subjects forcibly removed property from the victims.

  • SUBJECT 1: wearing a green and white jersey (See photo)
  • SUBJECT 2: wearing a black T-shirt

Crime Stoppers is asking anyone who knows the identity of the subject(s) or with any information about this crime to call our toll free hotline: 1-800-244-TIPS (8477). All calls will be kept confidential. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information leading to an arrest.
