Police: Woman Stole $5,600 From WH Victim's Bank Account

Identity theft occurred in Brooklyn on Feb. 18.

Nassau County Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a woman who they said stole $5,600 from a West Hempstead victim.

Police said that the woman entered a Chase Bank in Brooklyn on Monday, Feb. 18, at 2 p.m., and fraudulently withdrew the $5,600 from the victim's bank accounts.           

Crime Stoppers is asking anyone who can identify the subject or with any information about this crime to call their toll free hotline at 1-800-244-TIPS (8477). All calls will be kept confidential.
