Santino, Village Officials Stop by Battalion Parade
The Fourth Battalion includes the East Rockaway, Lakeview, Lynbrook, Malverne and Rockville Centre Fire Departments.
Town of Hempstead Senior Councilman Anthony J. Santino and East Rockaway Village officials, including Mayor Fran Lenahan and Trustee Ed Corrado, joined the East Rockaway Fire Department for the Fourth Battalion Parade hosted in the community on Saturday.
Officials stopped at he stepping-off point of the parade to express deep appreciation and thanks to Fred Weiss for his 57 years of dedicated service to the community as a member of the East Rockaway Fire Department.
The Fourth Battalion includes the East Rockaway, Lakeview, Lynbrook, Malverne and Rockville Centre Fire Departments.
