One week after the arrest of two employees on unauthorized practice and prostitution charges, Nassau County Police have arrested two more employees of Royal Day Spa in West Hempstead on similar charges.
According to detectives, Xia Mei Liu, 46, and Dong J Liu, 45, both of Flushing, were arrested Wednesday afternoon after it was discovered through an undercover operation that they were practicing massage therapy without a license.

Police said that Dong Liu also offered to engage in a sexual act for an undisclosed amount of money.
The defendants are being charged with unauthorized practice. Dong Liu is additionally charged with prostitution. They will be arraigned on Thursday at First District Court in Hempstead.
Flushing residents Liru Xia, 43, and Qili Duan, 27, were arrested on Jan. 2 after the same investigation revealed that both were practicing massage therapy without a license and also offered to engage in a sexual act for an undisclosed amount of money, police said.
