Ejnes, Mariano Continue to Lead West Hempstead School Board

The West Hempstead Board of Education at the opportunity to make some leadership changes at Tuesday's annual reorganization meeting. Instead, the board unanimously reappointed Walter Ejnes to another term in the president's post and James Mariano to vice president.

Both Ejnes and Mariano took an oath of office. Mariano and Trustee Carole Rilling, who were both re-elected to the board this past May, also were sworn in at the start of the meeting.
