Meet The Candidates Night

The Lynbrook Council of PTAs will be hosting “Meet the Candidates Night” on Monday, May 9 in the cafeteria at Lynbrook High School. The doors will open at 7:30pm and the forum will begin promptly at 8:00pm.

Members of the School Community are invited to meet the candidates who are running for election to the Board of Education of the Lynbrook Union Free School District. The three candidates running for the two seats are Christine Basile, Ellen Marcus, and Alicemarie Bresnihan.

The format for the evening will include a moderator and timekeeper. Each candidate will have an opportunity to make an opening statement, answer questions from the audience, and make a closing statement.

All community members are encouraged to attend the forum. The Lynbrook School District will be holding the School District elections and the Budget vote on Tuesday, May 17 from 7:00am to 9:00pm.
