The Lynbrook Board of Education will hold its August monthly business meeting on Aug. 8 at 7:30 p.m. in the board room inside the Atlantic Avenue administration building.
The board will continue its review of the district's Strategic Plan and its discussion of open enrollment for Advance Placement and Honors courses during the meeting. They will also provide an update on the summer school program at the high school.
Superintendent Dr. Santo Barbarino will deliver a report on next month's school opening, the 2012-2013 school calendar, summer programs and facilities, capital project upgrades and new legislation.
