VIDEO: North Middle School Students Get a Lesson in Bread Making
King Arthur Flour visits the school Wednesday for bread making demonstration.
Gina Ciancia of King Arthur Flour in Vermont visited in Lynbrook Wednesday afternoon to give sixth grade students a lesson in bread making.
Two student volunteers helped out and each student went home with the ingredients to make two loafs of bread - one to keep and one to donate to a local food pantry.

Students Toniann Maniaci and Matthew Renz received a round of applause at the end of the demonstration from classmates for their volunteering efforts.
