Level 1 Yoga class good for beginners or those wanting to re-visit the basics. A good mix of movement and stillness bring the body and mind together and relax them both. Class begins promptly at 7:30, and front door is locked once class begins- please be on time. Bring a mat if you have one (if not we will lend you one). Single class $17, or a Welcome PAcket offers people new to the studio 15 days of classes for $25.
