TOM SUOZZI: "Every Source"

Every third-party, independent source agrees that Ed Mangano has mismanaged our county's finances and irresponsibly plunged us into debt that our children and grandchildren can't afford to pay back.

• New York Post, 12/20/10: “Things are iffy: Mangano's budget contains ‘ongoing structural deficits'…And NIFA declines to declare Mangano's budget balanced...Good government? Three-card monte is more like it.” 
• New York Daily News, Jan. 2011: "The state seized control of Nassau County's finances yesterday because it could not balance its $2.6 billion budget…The vote to take control of Nassau was unanimous and nonpartisan."
• New York Times Editorial Feb. 2011:  "Nassau needs a county executive capable of setting its affairs in order. Edward Mangano, who was elected a year ago to fix things, has instead made things worse."
